HARC provides a wide variety of services to people with disabilities in the Tampa Bay Region. HARC’s services are available to all people in our community, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, national origin or sexual preference. |

Admission to HARC services and programs is dependent upon the potential client matching the admission criteria for that service and program location. Many of HARC's services are regulated by governmental entities that limit services to certain groups. More information regarding criteria can be found on pages for the individuals services we provide by going to the page on Services Offered.
In addition, admission is contingent upon funding being available to provide the service. Funding can come from a variety of sources. For more information on how services are paid for, see our page on Rates and Fees.
