HARC, otherwise known as Hillsborough Achievement and Resource Centers, is instituting a new program which will focus on horticulture...a pastime and industry which has recently been the focus of many studies surrounding developmental therapies. The program is the result of many hours of volunteer work by bay area individuals and companies.
