HARC provides a wide variety of services to persons with disabilities to enable the individual to live, work or play successfully in the community.

All of HARC's programs have specific goals and measurable outcomes that have been carefully crafted by consumers and stakeholders. HARC's objective in all aspects of its operations is to develop and implement consumer-centered programs and services and to partner with the community and stakeholders to ensure that people with disabilities have the resources and opportunities required to achieve their potential within the community. HARC utilizes the latest technology and state of the art approaches to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. HARC provides a wide range of services to people with disabilities of various types.
Services Offered
Residential Services
Providing intensive services to people with disabilities to enable them to live successfully in the community.
Day Services
Providing a host of options for people with disabilities to obtain training, services and fulfillment during the regular work day.
Vocational Training
Providing training in vocational areas to prepare people with disabilities for community employment.
Supported Employment
Helping people throughout the job process, by preparing them to enter the world of work, assisting them in gettting a job and coaching them once they are on the job.
Supported Living
Helping people live in the community who need minimal supports to live successfully in the community.
Transportation
HARC operates a fleet of 34 vehicles, making us the second largest transportation provider in the county.
