Our Purpose is... to provide rehabilitation, training, and employment opportunities to adults with disabilities.
We Do This By... partnering with community employers and government agencies who outsource job tasks (partial or full) to TWS. In turn, adults with disabilities earn money for their work productivity and gain more independence.
Our Community Rehabilitation Program is based in a 12,000 square foot climate-controlled center. Adults with disabilities develop skills while performing work for community employers in the areas of:
• Assembly
• Manufacturing
• Cleaning
• Landscaping
• Packaging
• Office Work (envelope stuffing/collating/folding)
• Shipping services
• Small parts sorting and bagging
• Full woodworking functions
• Pick-up & delivery
• Shrink-wrapping
• Bulk mailing & mailing preparation
• Shredding
